BAKED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops, 1-1 1/2" thick
7 oz. soy sauce
6 med. potatoes, sliced very thin
1 tsp. salt
3 med. onions, sliced very thin
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika

Marinate pork chops in soy sauce 1 hour. Soak sliced onions and potatoes in cold water. Place chops on large piece of foil. Cover chops with drained potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1-2 hours. Serves 8.
