INDIVIDUAL BAKED PORK CHOP DINNERS | |
4 pork chops 2 tbsp. oil Pepper 1 sm. onion, sliced thin 2 med. potatoes, sliced thin 1 tsp. dill weed or parsley flakes 1/4 c. butter 1 pkg. Green Giant niblet ears (frozen corn on the cob) 4 rectangles heavy duty foil Heat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet, brown pork chops in hot oil; season with pepper. Place 1 pork chop on center of each piece of foil; top with 1/4 of the onion slices and 1/4 of the potato slices. Place 1 frozen ear of corn next to each pork chop. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon dill weed or parsley flakes over each dinner. Top each with 1 tablespoon butter. Fold foil around pork chop and corn. seal top and sides securely. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. |
