SPICY BAKED BEANS 
1 c. finely chopped onion
6 slices bacon, cut in thin strips
3 (1 lb. each) cans pork and beans
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Saute onions and bacon in a large saucepan until onions are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Pour into a 2 quart casserole and bake at 425 degrees for about an hour.
