BAKED PORK CHOPS 
4 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
2 sm. onions, thinly sliced
4 pork chops
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 med. can cream of tomato soup

In an 8 x 8 inch well buttered soup pan, alternate layers of potatoes and onions. Rub both sides of pork chops with pepper and salt (if desired). Lay chops on top of the potatoes and onions; pour the soup over them. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are done and soft.
