CAJUN RICE-A-RONI WITH RED BEANS 
1 pkg. Spanish Rice-a-Roni (Golden Giant)
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. water
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can S & W Cajun-style stewed tomatoes
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can S & W Cajun red beans

Follow the Spanish Rice-a-Roni package directions, using the Cajun-style stewed tomatoes.

While that is cooking, open the Cajun beans and put in a pot and heat gently.

Serve the beans over the Rice-a-Roni.

Have a nice crisp green salad and some excellent San Francisco sourdough French bread along with this.

How many people it serves depends on how hungry they are. Four reasonable size servings.
