OIL PASTRY 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. cold water

Toss flour and salt together. Add oil and mix with fork until mixture looks like fine crumbs. Sprinkle with enough cold water to moisten. Gather into a ball with a fork. Roll out on a floured board. Make 2 single crusts or 1 double 9 inch crust.
