SALMON LOAF 
1 (1 lb.) can flaked salmon
Bread crumbs from 2 slices
White bread, crusts removed
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. hot milk
1 tbsp. minced parsley
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper, optional

Add seasonings to salmon. Warm bread crumbs in milk until hot. Add egg, combine mixture with salmon. Place mixture in buttered casserole and set casserole in pan of hot water. Bake hour in 375 degree oven. Serve hot or cold. Serves 6.
