RUSSIAN TEA COOKIES 
1 c. softened butter
1/2 c. sifted confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Mix together thoroughly butter, sugar and vanilla. Sift in flour and salt. Add chopped pecans and mix thoroughly. Roll into 1 inch balls. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 - 12 minutes. Roll in confectioner's sugar. Cool and roll again.
