LEMON TEA COOKIES 
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Glaze: 3/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Mix well and often.

Stir vinegar into milk. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and peel. Sift dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating after each addition. Drop from teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Remove at once and brush tops of cookies with glaze.

This is like a recipe I have used for years. One of my oldest sons favorite cookies. Like lemonade in a cookie form =)
