LEMON COOKIE BAR 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. powdered sugar for top
2 1/3 c. plain flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add 2 cups flour. Spread in a 9x13 inch pan. Make sure the bottom is covered and about 1/2 inch on sides. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool slightly.

Combine eggs, sugar, 1/3 cup flour, lemon juice and baking powder. Mix well, pour on crust. Bake 25 minutes more. Sprinkle the tablespoon of powdered sugar on top while hot.
