RUSSIAN TEA COOKIES 
1 c. butter
8-10 packs Sweet One and some flour to make up 1/2 c.
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, flour, salt and nuts; mix well. Form into dime size balls or flatten if preferred. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. While still warm, roll in or sprinkle with some Equal. Approximate yield: 9 dozen.

8 to 10 packs Sweet One mixed with enough cocoa to make 1/2 cup may be substituted for chocolate Russian Tea Cookies.

NOTE: Cookies may be a bit crumbly (short), cannot be helped.
