2 - 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1/3 c. picante sauce
1/2 bag Doritos
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in cream of chicken soup, water and picante sauce. Heat to boil. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish with Doritos. Top with ground beef mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Heat at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Serve topped with lettuce and tomatoes; additional grated cheese, chopped onions and picante sauce if desired.
