OLD FASHION PECAN PIE 
1 1/2 c. Log Cabin syrup
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 unbaked pie shells

Bring syrup to a boil in 1 1/2-quart saucepan; boil gently, uncovered, for 8 minutes and cool 15 minutes. Sprinkle nuts in pie shell. Cream butter; blend in sugar, flour and salt. Add eggs, syrup and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pie shells.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until pie is completely puffed across top and browned. Cool before serving.

Goes great with a scoop of ice cream on top!
