OLD FASHIONED CREAM PIE 
1/2 c. flour (scant)
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. boiling water
1 c. whipping cream (not whipped)

Mix together flour and sugar. Pour boiling water over butter and stir until butter has melted. Mix together; add whipping cream. Line 9 inch pie pan with pastry and build high at edges. Add above filling; bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; bake 35 minutes. Sprinkle nutmeg over top before baking.
