1 yellow cake mix
3 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream

Prepare cake mix according to package. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle rhubarb over cake batter. Sprinkle the sugar over the rhubarb and the cream over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add more sugar and rhubarb if you wish.
