DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD (RAISED) 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant onion
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda

In large bowl dissolve yeast in the warm water, stir in rest of ingredients, except flour. Then add flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition. Cover. Let rise until double in bulk, 50 to 60 minutes.

Stir down. Turn into well greased 8" round casserole (1 1/2 to 2 quarts). Let rise again 30 to 40 minutes. This cannot be hurried.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes. (Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt if desired.)
