VEGETABLE RELISH 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen "Broccoli, Cauliflower, & Red Pepper"
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 (10 oz.) jar pickle relish
1/2 c. Italian dressing

Cook the vegetables according to the package directions, then drain. Combine the vegetables with the remaining ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight. Makes 5 1/4 cup.
