GINGERALE FRUIT SALAD | |
2 tbsp. plain gelatin 1/2 c. boiling water 2 tbsp. sugar 4 tbsp. cold water 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 c. ginger ale 1 c. Tokay grapes, cut up 1 med.-size banana 1 red apple 2 sm. oranges 4 tbsp. chopped nuts Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Dissolve in boiling water. Add lemon juice, sugar, and ginger ale; add diced orange sections, grapes with seeds out, chopped apples, and sliced banana. |
