SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. croutons
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, stems and pieces
1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained
8 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Place croutons in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, top with cheese, mushrooms and sausage. Beat eggs with milk, add all other ingredients along with salt and pepper and pour on top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
