HAM NOODLE CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked to directions 1 c. cubed ham (I use 1 1/2 to 2 c.) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. milk 1/2 lb. American or Cheddar cheese, cubed 1 med. onion, grated Mix together and put into 2 1/2 quarts baking dish. Top with crushed cornflakes or Wheaties, browned in a little butter. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 6 to 8 servings. Recommend 1 1/2 or 2x recipe for hungry families. Reheats well |
