WALNUT CAKE AND ICING 
1 can cherry pie filling
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil

Spread pie filling out in 9 x 13 inch pan. Shake flour over cherries. Sprinkle sugar on cherries and flour. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over top. Mix in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

ICING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/2 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients together. Spread on cool cake.
