VIETNAMESE GRILLED CHICKEN | |
2 sm. chickens, cut up 2 tbsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. onion flakes 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. brown sugar 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. black pepper Combine marinade ingredients and rub well over chicken. Put chicken pieces in a bowl. Pour remaining marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Grill or bake at 350 degrees to desired doneness. Serve with rice and fresh cucumbers, chopped. |
