3 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
4 c. Total or Wheaties cereal

Heat oven to 325 degrees. In large mixing bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time; continue beating until very stiff and glossy. Fold in cereal. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2" apart onto lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake 14 to 16 minutes.
