RHUBARB CREAM PIE 
2 c. diced rhubarb
3 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 unbaked pie shell

Beat egg yolks, add milk. Mix salt, sugar and flour together. Add to egg mixture and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Make meringue from egg whites, add to pie and bake.
