CRAB PATE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
9 or 12 oz. crab meat (white or lump)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 sm. onion, finely grated
1 env. Knox gelatin
3 tbsp. cold water

Heat soup, cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth; add onion and crab meat. Heat 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Mix Knox gelatin and water until smooth; add to crab mixture. Pour into mold or bundt pan sprayed with Pam. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Remove from pan and serve.
