CHICKEN WITH CRAB STUFFING 
12 chicken breasts
12 slices white bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. cream
3 pkgs. crab (about 6 oz. each)
3/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tsp. salt
3 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. thyme

Bake chicken breasts for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Add cream to bread cubes. Toss and add crab. Add melted butter to remaining ingredients and add to bread and crab. Fill breast cavities and spoon half of butter sauce over the breasts. Cook the chicken for 35 minutes more or until tender. Baste regularly with butter sauce. Also baste just before serving.

BUTTER SAUCE:

3/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. sherry
3/4 c. canned mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Mix together.
