STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 c. Crisco oil
1/2 c. milk
1 c. strawberries, mashed
1 c. nuts (opt.)
1 c. coconut
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients and bake in greased 9"x13" or 14"x15" pan at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. strawberries, mashed
1 c. coconut
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Mix together and spread on warm cake. If there are any leftovers, refrigerate. Very good baked the day before serving.
