STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM 
Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.

6 c. (1 1/2 qt.) Half & Half
2 (14 oz.) cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 qt. fresh strawberries, mashed or pureed
4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Red food coloring, optional

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into electric ice cream freezer container. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Store leftovers in freezer.

Use only Grade A clean, uncracked eggs.
