TANYA'S WHITE CHICKEN CHILI 
3-4 chicken breasts (or 1 rotisserie chicken), sliced
2-3 (15 oz. ea.) cans great northern beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can cannelloni (white kidney) beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can white corn, drained
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded pepper jack cheese
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans chicken broth
1/2 (12 oz.) can beer (optional)
salt and WHITE pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a Crock-Pot and let simmer at least 4-5 hours. Garnish with dairy sour cream. Beer is optional.
