1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. soda cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. celery, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk

Mix well; form into balls, dust in flour and brown. Put into 3 quart roaster 6 sliced potatoes, chopped onions and salt and meatballs. Put 2 tablespoons flour with fat from hamburger into pan with 2 cups tomato juice. Cook until thickened. Pour over potatoes and meatballs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
