STEW MEAT AND RICE | |
1 lb. stew meat 2 tbsp. butter 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. dry onion-mushroom soup mix 1 can water Brown meat in butter. In 2-quart casserole, mix soups and water, add meat. Cook covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, then turn down to 275 degrees for 2 1/4 hours. Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes. |
