1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. red food color
2 jars Gerber plums, baby food

Mix and blend oil, sugar, eggs and strained plums. Combine other ingredients and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

GLAZE FOR CAKE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter
