TAMALE PIE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 dozen corn tortillas in pieces
1 onion
1 med. can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 can olives, drained
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (10 oz.) Los Palmas red chili sauce
3/4 c. water
Cheddar cheese topping

Brown meat and onion (drain excess fat). Add remaining ingredients and cook on top of stove, stirring often until tortillas are like mush (approximately 10 minutes). Pour into large casserole dish (9x13 inch). Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Add grated cheese the last 10 minutes of cooking.
