BOURBON MARINADE 
1 1/2 c. water
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. bourbon
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. dark brown sugar (packed)

Combine all ingredients. Use with beef, pork or poultry.

Once the Bourbon Marinade is made, how is it used? None of the recipes related to Bourbon marinade actually use it. So how about some directions on how to use the Bourbon Marinade. Simple directions like, Marinade overnight. Don't use overnight. Marinade 1 hour before cooking. Marinade 5 hours before cooking. Maybe pour on poultry as you are cooking.
