MOTHER'S MEATWORTHY SPECIAL 
2 lbs. crumbled lean ground meat
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 med. onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced (1/2 tsp. garlic powder)
1/4 lb. mushrooms, chopped (or 1 can)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each nutmeg, pepper, and oregano
1 pkg. frozen spinach, defrosted and chopped
4 eggs

Brown meat in the oil in large skillet. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Stir until soft. Stir in seasonings and spinach. Cook 5 minutes. Add eggs and stir over low heat until eggs begin to set. Serve while hot.
