MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower), partially cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix vegetables and soups. 1/2 c. melted butter

Mix croutons and butter. Sliced Velveeta cheese. Layer vegetables, then croutons then cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
