1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. taco mix
1 can chopped chilies
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes
1 c. shredded cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie pan. Cook and stir beef and onion until brown. Stir in seasoning mix, spread in plate. Top with chilies, beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth, pour into plate, bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese, bake until knife inserted in middle comes out clean (about 8 to 10 minutes). Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, shredded lettuce and cheese. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
