LIVERWURST SPREAD | |
2 tsp. instant minced onion 1 tbsp. water 3/4 c. softened liverwurst 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp. mayonnaise or sour cream 1/4 c. chopped pecans 2 tbsp. pickle relish Soften onion in water and set aside. Combine liverwurst, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth. Add onion, pickle relish and pecans; stir to mix. Serve with crackers. Yield 2 cups. |
