LUNCH MEAT 
2 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 c. water
2 1/4 tbsp. Tenderquik (Morton's)
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 2 rolls. Wrap in cellophane or foil and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Cover with water and boil 1 hour. Cool and slice.
