MACARONI-FRANK SALAD BOWL 
2 c. (8 oz. pkg.) macaroni
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. French dressing
1/2 tsp. salt
2 med. tomatoes
2 c. curly endive pieces
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. thinly sliced radishes
1/4 c. sliced green onions
2 frankfurters, sliced

Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Blend hot macaroni with sour cream, French dressing, and salt. Place in refrigerator to chill thoroughly.

Rinse, peel, and cut into wedges the tomatoes. Set aside. Combine in a large salad bowl the endive pieces, celery, radishes, green onions, and sliced frankfurters. Add the macaroni mixture and tomato wedges to salad bowl and toss lightly. 6 to 8 servings.
