APPLE SALAD (RED) 
1 lg. red apple, chopped (1 1/2 c.)
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. pineapple tid-bits, drained
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Chop apples and celery into about 1/2-inch pieces. Put into a bowl. Add raisins and pineapple tid-bits (drained).

Mix 1/4 cup orange juice, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, and 2 tablespoons honey and pour over apples, raisins, and pineapple. Add nuts and stir. Use more apple if you like.
