APPLE - CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
3 c. unpeeled sliced apples
2 c. whole raw cranberries
1 1/4 c. sugar (use 1 1/2 c. if tart apples are used)

Mix the above and put in 2 quart greased casserole.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats, uncooked
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 c. flour

Mix together and put on top of apple - cranberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered.
