ORANGE WHEAT GERM MUFFINS 
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. wheat germ
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. orange juice
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. pecans, optional

Stir together all dry ingredients. Then add juice, egg and oil, but do not over mix. Just moisten all dry ingredients. Grease muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
