ORANGE WHEAT MUFFINS 
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. orange juice

Stir together dry ingredients. In separate bowl mix egg, oil and juice and add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tins or paper baking cups. Fill 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes. Serve with honey butter for sweetness.
