BAKED BEANS 
1/2 - 1 lb. bacon
3 stalks celery (chopped)
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 med. green pepper (chopped)
3 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
1/4 c. ketchup
3 tsp. mustard
4 tbsp. molasses
4 tbsp. brown sugar

Brown bacon until crisp. Drain grease, except for 3 tablespoons. Saute celery, green pepper, onion in the bacon grease. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on stove, the longer the better; or can bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
