OVEN BAKED CHICKEN STEW 
1 cut up chicken
4 lg. potatoes
2 med. onions
2 lg. green peppers
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lg. can tomatoes

Peel and quarter lengthwise the potatoes. Peel and quarter the onions and peppers. Put everything into a small roasting pan. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours until chicken is tender in a 350 degree oven.
