LENA'S MARINATED SLAW 
1 (#2) can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 c. sugar

Drain sauerkraut. Mix all vegetables together. Add oil, water, and sugar. Mix well with vegetables and sauerkraut. Marinate 12 hours.
