1 lb. ground chuck 1 lb. Italian sausage 1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese 1/2-3/4 tsp. oregano 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 loaves cocktail rye bread In a skillet, cook meats separately. Pour off grease. Mix with cheese and seasonings. Melt mixture in microwave until cheese melts. Spread on rye bread. Flash freeze on cookie sheets. Transfer to plastic storage bags. Heat frozen 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes about 60. |
