2/3 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk, sm. can
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat to boiling point, then cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add:

1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. Bakers chocolate bits
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nutmeats

Stir 1/2 minute (until marshmallows melt). Pour into buttered 9 inch square pan.
