ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 1/2 rows Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
3 boxes instant pudding, any flavor
1 1/2 c. milk

Let ice cream out to soften. Crush crackers and add melted butter. Line 9"x13" pan with crushed crackers. Mix pudding with milk and stir until smooth. Add ice cream; blend. Pour over crackers in pan. Store in freezer. Next day spread 8 ounces Cool Whip on top, then sprinkle with chopped nuts.
